Reply from michelle, Age 14 - 03/29/03 - IP#: 172.149.193.xxx All i did was eat 4 grams of fat for breakfast and 7 for lunch and dinner. plus i jumped on the trampoline for like 10 minutes and swam for an hour everyday. the amount of fat grams that food has in it is on the label right under the calories. you can eat as much fruit and veggies that you want because they dont have any fat grams in them. if you want a low fat snack just fill up the icecube tray with any kind of fruit juice or water and lemon juice mixed and crush it up when it freezes and youve got a low fat slushie plus its YUMMY!
