Reply from natalie, Age 11 - 06/05/04 - IP#: 152.163.253.xxx my name is natalie and i'm 11 years old and i feel the sme way that you do. i weigh abuot 158 pounds and i'm only 5'3 or 5'4. i think that you and your mother should loose weight together and maybe she will change her mind about you loosing anymore weight. my mom is king of chunky too. if you just sit down and talk to her about how you steel feel about your weight, then she should understand. i would like to loose weight over the summer period before i get into middle school because i don't want anybody to taese me about how i look. how my words were helpful.

When I was 13 I was 5'1 and about 140 pounds..but I lost 50 pounds and was 5'2 and 91, and I grew 3 inches and now I am 5'4 and like 100! If you feel like you need to loose weight..go for it. Eat healthier and exersize more! If I can do it anyone can!

IF not then don't, your not obese so its not really affecting your health atr this stage its just a question of looking good and feeling good, if your confident with your image then thats fine!
