I have been trying to lose weight.I weight 150 and 4'9 (i no short)its scary becus i am almost 200 pounds and 200 pounds is making my head dizzy.and my brother weights 95 and in 10 grade ya i know that is too little.I mean ilove Hot Cheetos and cant stop eating them.So i will start a diet plan.to eat fruit and drink plenty of water and wake up at 6 in the morning and run run a lap and do 20 sit-ups and push-ups at night time and if anyone says Do u want some thing to eat (fatty food)i will learn to say No.

I know its hard to refuse all the snack food, but maybe if we both bring really healthy food then when someone asks say no because we have our own food.what you could do intead of doing all those situps and pushup trying riding a bike a lot that should work.
