Reply from michee, Age 14 - 04/08/03 - IP#: 205.184.146.xxx im 14, 5'8" and about 216. i know what you mean. you dont gotta go to the extremes..try gradually. cut down on some of the junk foods and sodas and drink as much water as possible. you mite wanna try low impact workouts and work up. you could try walking every day...walking instead of getting a ride. i know its hard so go slowly.
Reply from kalley, Age 13 - 04/07/03 - IP#: 142.59.225.xxx hey girl, my names kalley im 13 and i weigh 132, im trying to loose about 22. go and buy some pilates tapes, and some kickboxing tapes. do about 300 sit-ups a day and drink lots of water. dont eat after 7. and the key to loosing weight is consistancy, dont stop or it will be real hard! keep us updated!
