From Jessica, Age 13 - 04/12/03 - IP#: 65.130.66.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 82) - Ok im 13 and i weigh 135 pounds all my life i have been overweight and most of my days end with me coming home and crying my eyes out..dont get me wrong i mean I allways exercise..if exercise was the way to help my weight i would be tiny..but im not..i've tried to starve myself and not eat at all...i've even tried to make myself throw up..but for some reason it doesn't work..i am only 5'5 and i shouldnt weigh this much..please god help me.. if i dont do something now..i might just die..litteraly.

Do not resort to such methods, you do not want to become anorexic or bulimic. I was in the same position as you are when I was 14 too and I became anorexic and completely messed my body up. Instead of losing weight I put it on and completely ruined my metabolism. You do not want to develop an eating disorder. From what you have said you are in the healthy weight range so try not to do anything that would sabotage your body. It's not worth it.

You need to realise that all your problems do not center around your weight, and that you can lose it if you put enough work into it. Dont get too caught up about it all, things will get better, trust me. I used to feel that way too when I was younger.
