hey! water polo is a really good way to lose weight...im a girl, so i don't really care about six - packs, but i guess thatz cool if you're a guy...:)

One to lose the weight is do 20 situps. two or three
times a week. And exercise by your favortie music and
always have four fast songs, because you will burn more fat.

to loose your belly do tons of situps and crunches everyday if you can join a local waterpolo and swim team six pack guaranteed and huge back muscles and dont eat junk at all
