Hi everyone, I am trying to lose weight like most of you and i usually do really well. But during the holiday i just lose control and because im not used to eating junk, when i have it in the holiday seasons i get sick. I was just wondering and hoping someone might have some advice or helpful tips to get through the season while everyone else is eating junk and you are surrounded by treats. Thanks for the help

Yea I know how you feel I have the same proplem I just try to eat slow so no one notices that im not eating like i notmally would and I don't eat so much

If you want to try and eat more healthily during the holiday season, then don't deprive yourself completely -you'll only binge. What i usually do is buy some dark chocolate or white chocolate - because they're so sweet that i can't eat much without feeling sick. It works because i get to eat with everyone else without as many calories
