Ht. 5'1", Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Hi I started gaining LOTS of weight when I started eating out but my cousin races so I have no choice but to eat out since we travel so much and I don't really have much time for exercise but I would like for someone to help me find some quick way to get results I am 5 1 and weigh 147lbs. !!!!!!!!!!!!

First off, quit looking for a "quick way" to lose weight cuz you're not going to find a healthy one. If you are REALLY ready to lose weight, it's going to take time, so if you are not willing to wait, then you prolly shouldn't start now. I'd like to say a lot more, but I suggest a program called Weight Watchers. With it, you can eat anything and I mean ANYTHING you want to, but it costs you points, and so it teaches you how to manage your food and really watch what you eat. first of all, ignore that other person who told you about your punctuation because that's just rude.
Since you seem to have to eat out try eating more salads, or cut down on your portion sizes because restaurants give out more than twice the proper serving size. You could also order off the kid's menu (if they have one) which is what I do sometimes. Oh, and you could also start off with soup because it fills you up so that you eat less. As for exercise, just try walking more, or spend half an hour dancing in your bedroom! There's tons of ways you can exercise. You could even skip rope for 10 minutes! Hope this made sense and helps a bit.
