Ok I have worte before an no one has replied I have been losing weight an all but not in my tummy I eat healthy,exercises, but I dont know how to count calores....does anyone have any suggestions ?e-mail me at Sam Iam1642@aol.com

With calorie counting, what you need to do is write down everything you eat in a day, portion size and all, then write down the calorie figure for each from a calorie book or internet calorie site. Then add it up. You should stick to around 1500 calories a day. It works too, the problem is trying to stick to your number each day!
