Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 160 lb - Waz ^? I am writing this because I haven't been on this site for a while. I have gained 18 lbs since I was last here in Dec. I am 5'4" and I weight ~160. I just finished off a dozen mini donuts and I am still Hungry. I used to swim every day, but this season it's only once a week! My little brother weighs 81 lbs and is 9 and is very short. I have noticed my stomach is starting to hang a little and my shirts are tighter. Help! P.S. I don't want to diet!

Hey you have to excersice and diet or you wont lose just gain. i know but for me i can't lose weight even excersiceing and dieting

the only way to lose weight is to diet and exercise unless u exercise a real lot but thats not really healthy cause u will tire and wear ureself out

WEll this may come as a shock 2 you but the only way 2 lose weight is 2 diet
