Ht. 5'3", Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi, I am 5"3' and I weigh 167 lbs. CAN ANYONE HEL PME? ANY TIPS? I want to lose like 20-30 lbs before the summer is over...Is it possible??Also, I would like to know if anyone here has ever tried weight watchers and if it worked for them :) Thanks....Please leave advice

Hi ashley, i'm the same way as you. i'm 13 and i weigh from 156lbs to 164lbs. one way to lose a little of weight is to eat canned fruit and vegetables or don'[t think about your weight and just enjoy life. i feel since i am overweight that i won't get my crush as my boyfriend, but i found out he likes me for who i am, not for what i look like. so my advice to you is to have a positive attitude and act confident around people.

actually i tried weight watchers and it didn't work you should try work out videos and just eating whatever you want but cut out on the fast foods and sugary snacks!!!

yes it works great I was on it n i lost 30 pounds in 2 mounths you just cant cheat

Yes, weight watchers really helps, it would also really help you lose the amount you want to.
