I could'nt wear 2-peices.. well i can now thanks to the atkins diet! So i just want to let you know that you are not the only 12 year old out there that felt this way. So i'd be looking for something to do around the house or break some sweat and do some yard work, or be on a sports team for heaven sakes! Don't be afraid! If you don't want to be fat do the atkins diet! I went from a 120 lb. size 3 in juniors to a size 10-12 in kids! So listen ! *Michelle*

Reply from April, Age 14 - 05/18/03 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx If you're seriously worried about it, just do sit-ups, push-ups and cardio (as in running, rollerskating, ect.) It takes a while to see results,but when you do it'll be noticable.
