Start: 182 lb, Today: 170 lb - hey! I just want to let everyone know, that if you make yourself up a simple diet plan, like no junk food, veggies fruits lots of water and excersie, it does work. When I started 2 1/2 - 3 weeks agao i weighed 182 pounds, now i'm 170 pounds. So if u just stick to it, you can do anything!
