please help me!!!! i woudl really like to lsoe atleast 15 pounds beofre summer time!!! i wanna look good in a bathing suit 4 the pool and woodnt mind wearing a 2 pieace, i have never been able 2 ware one.. please any tips would be appreciated pleease respond!! thanks!!

Reply from April, Age 14 - 05/20/03 - IP#: 152.163.252.xxx Realistically, I doubt it if you could lose 15 before summer, but if you keep up a good progamthroughout the summer I bet you could lose up to 25-30lbs. This is what I'm trying ot do, because as a freshmen in highschool,I find it's hard to eat healthy during the day, (vending machines at lunch and immense appetite when i go home), but I'm doing good. I weigh 154lbs, and my goal is to weigh 130lbs by the end of this year. If yo wanna know any tips just write me on here until I can get an alternate e-mail. *Smylez*
