I lost 54 pounds and was feeling great until I started to eat all over again. I weighed 153 and now i'm back to 197.4 and i'm so depressed. I have asthma, sleep apnea, and bulimia nervosa. I hope everyone tries it out: It works trust me. when I gain weight I do it and with in a month I drop like 20 minutes: (sometimes less but it really works)!! Follow this plan and do it everyday and I promise it works: Breakfast: 2 glasses of water 2 boiled eggs 1 brown toast 1 1/2 kiwi or banana wait 4 hours then eat again Lunch: peice of chicken with garlic sauce Steam carrotts/celery salad (NO DRESSING) 2 glasses of water Wait four hours eat again Dinner: Baked potatoe 1% cottage cheese steam veggies 6-7 tiny shirmp 2 large glasses of water snack: you can eat anything like, here are some examples: Revel bar plan rice cake glass of skim milk only ONE though: Make sure you do this before 9:00 Try not to eat after 9:00pm To make your diet work better go to GNC buy CUTS they help you lose weight Okay I know alot of people dont like to exercise but hey either do I. I try not to. but there is one thing I do every second day, and I know this sounds stupid but hey it works right: I work out to Richard Simmons work out with the Oldies, it a lot of fun and its a good 40 minute work out. You can go out and find it and it should only be like $12.00 cnd. But seriously please try this it works I promise you. When I get depressed and wanna lose weight i just do this, and to always feel better about yourself go tanning. A good tan will make you feel 20 pounds lighter. Just remember drink 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. It is very hard I know but it works, You'll pee alot but that is because your body is cleaning its self out amd detoxing its self. Reply from April, Age 14 - 05/20/03 - IP#: 152.163.252.xxx Dawn if you are already on many pills and you have a lot of diagnosis, I think you should talk to your doctor about a HEALTHY weight loss plan. It is bad to try to start something new, especially if you're already in pain. If anything try to limit your risk of gaining the weight back by sticking to you're plan. I know it's tough but anyone can do it. Even if at times you feel like you can't.
