Ht. 5'11", Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - I am 5'11, 16 years old and I weigh about 245 pounds (I am about 90 pounds overweight) and I would really love to get back into the 100s again. How long do you think it would take to lose about 90s pounds? Like, 2 months or something?

Hey sup dude? Well, I used to weigh 245 but now i weigh about 205.I lost this in about 6 weeks. I still am overweight and i want to get down to 175. Start exercising everyday at the gym or at home. Eat stuff like grilled chicken and salads. Eat vegetables and fruit. Don't eat more after your full. I don't eat until im full and i dont get hungry. Your mind takes 20 minutes to tell your stomach that your full so just eat what you think would be appropriate. Try this...It worked and still is working great for me.

Well, starting off, you may lose up to 5 pounds in a week, but after the first few weeks your weightloss will come down to 1-3 pounds a week. So, you can play on about 10-20 pounds a month. So, sorry to break it to ya, but it could take anywhere between 5-9 months. It is worth it tho, and i hope that you can achieve your goals.

Well, actally itdepend on how much yu stick t your weight loss plans, and how your body chemistry works O averag, it will prbably take you a maximum of 4 to 5 months depending on these two factors. But if you are willing to work, Good Luck!
