Reply from Lorena, Age 13 - 06/09/03 - IP#: 152.163.252.xxx Don't listen 2 shyrell n eat.Cuz da less u eat da slower ur body burns calories cuz it wants 2 store as much energy u have left.But also don't eat a lot.Just eat ur regular meals but try n lay off on da sweets 4 a while.Also drink a lot of water n try 2 play n e sport,run,walk,ride ur bike.It helps just don't starve urslef...it'll make it much worse n ull look much worse 2
