Hi, for the past 2 weeks i have been doin ab workouts to tone my abs but they dont really seemed to be working, i still have a gut and flab, do any of u know any other things i can do 2 get rid of the flab around my stomach area. plz reply, thankx.*Angel

But you could have the strongest abs in da world but wouldnt be able to show them off if ur got a big gut (lik me lol) u need to lose weight overall ur whole body before toning ur stomach up. try whole body workouts like rowingor swimming.
Reply from Kelsey, Age 14 - 06/09/03 - IP#: 12.32.63.xxx Ab workouts will build muscle which will burn fat, but your gonna have to eat better and drink water, and I say this alot but, arobic excercise, like running, becuase it gets your heart going and if you work long enough your body will start to use the fat for energy and not carbs....okay then hope I helped.
