hey i am 13 and would reallly like to lsoe some weight during the summer. i would like to lose around 15-20 pounds. my problem is that my wil power isnt very strong.i need tips on how to improve that, and tips on how to lose 15-20 pounds. i have never been able to wear a 2 piece or bikini like all of my other friends because they look realy bad on me and i want to wear one to the pool at the end of the summer, even if its jsut once, i want to be able to wear one!! please respond and give me tips!!!thanks!

All you need to do is start slow and work your way through one of the problems is people want fast results take your time Eat at least 6 times a day healthy meals exercise and most important drink lots of water and if u really want this you will stay with it and its really better to start now then waiting till the summer the sooner the better and remember every pound you lose is one step closer to reaching your goal and youll be happy your did youll look great feel great and people will notice i wish you the best good luck !!

Hey!! I'm trying to do the same thing so far I've only lost two pounds (I started a week ago) but it will feel really good to see the numbers go down!! Drink tons of water it will fill you up instead of eating!! Cut out pretty much all sweets and eat right. once you start on a good exersize plan you'll begin to lose more each week i did this last summer but gained it back :-( Good Luck!!
