I totally bombed my diet in less than a week. Does anyone know how to fight cravings?

Reply from Kelly, Age 15 - 06/18/03 - IP#: 66.32.125.xxx Just a few suggestions: 1. Drink a glass of ice cold water every hour. 2. Chew sugar free gum or suck on sugar free hard candies. 3. Do something else to keep your mind off of eating (clean, exercise, etc.) 4. Drink green tea (it's filling and boosts your metabolism). 5. Chew on crushed ice (although it's probably not good for your teeth). 6. Take deep breaths. 7. Just think about how losing weight will feel, etc. or your goals.
