Hey, i have been doin ab workouts to try and get nice abs but i really wanna try to get rid of the flab part of my stomach. i eat healty, like 2-3 fruits a day and i try to exercise at least 3 times a week and even though my abs r alil firmer i still have the flab. do any of u know how i can get rid of it or what exercises i can do 2 get rid of the flab? plz help.. thankx :)*Angel

i dont really want to diet bcuz i only weigh about 100lbs. and im 5'1 and 14 so i dont need to diet i just want to get rid of the flab.

You DO NOT lose existing fat by doing exercises. Exercises only firm and tone the muscles, which suspends the fat up a little better. The only way to lose existing fat is to DIET. Cut your portions, cut out the sweets, and try to eat low calorie foods. Resist temptation. This is the only way to lose existing fat.

the only thing i could think of is 2 do more sit ups & crunches. well i hope that will help u.
