hey i am about to enter high school and really would like to lose 20 lbs in about a month! if anyone has any help plz help me. and if its not bad enough i was lookin 4 a pen in my moms desk and i found a "fat camp" form with my name on it i dont want to go so...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me

I stop when full and when hungary I drink water. and start walking till I am full.
Reply from Erin, Age 13 - 06/23/03 - IP#: 170.224.224.xxx i wouldn't mind going to fat camp. it would be a wonderful experience and i would get to know other people in my situation. tell your mom that you saw it , tell her that she didn't have to hide it and agree to go. you aren't happy now but after you see the results, you will be glad you went.
