hey i am 13 and i dont want to tell anyone what i weigh but i would really like to drop some pounds befor the summer is over so if u have any ideas or tips i would really love to hear them thanks in advance

Hey!! If you want some tips on how to loose weight here are some that have worked for me....
1)Swim!!! Swimming burnes 9 cal. a minute as opposed to running which only burns 3 a minute.
2)Eat healthy!!! If you have sugar cravings eat fruit. But not alot, becasue sugar is bad for you if ou eat to much of it.
3)Stay active!!! Even if you have no where to run, swim etc. just jump around dance in your room to music. You think it doesnt work but it does!!

Hi! My friend and I are also going into high school and we also wanted to lose weight and improve our bodies... So that is what we did!!! First, we started walking every morning for about 10 minutes. Then as time goes on we started jogging for about 25 minutes each time. We drank a lot more water and we totally cut out soft drinks and sugary juices. But we still have three meals a day and we have snacks but instead of having chips we eat fruit.And once a week on the weekends we go out to Rita's and get an italian ice. AND REMEBER JOGGING IS 50% MENTAL. and if you stick to eating healthy you can loser upto 15 pounds in a month just like we did.And last but not least. ""BEAUTY IS ON THE INSIDE, NOT THE OUTSIDE"
