k i have a question if ne one can help me......i was wondering if i went to the gym everday or every second day and i worked out for bout 2hrs or so would it be possible to tone my body by the end of the summa.....i dont wana lose weight i just wana tone...thanks

2 hours a day is too long. If you want to work out go every other day and go for no longer than an hour and 15 minutes. Your body needs time to rest so it can tone. If you are working your body all the time you will never see results because your body does not have a chance to recover and grow (muscle). I know from experience.
