well anyway i heard tommorow on dr. phil that their going to have overweight ppl and tell them how stupid they are so i suggest you dont watch it if u dont want to smash the tv in anger. remember YOU CAN AGEIVE YOUR IDEAL WEIGHT WHATEVER IT IS!!!!! DONT LET ANYBODY TELL OTHERWISE!!!!!!! good luck!
