I was wondering, what are love handles? I've been reading some people's posts and they say they have love handles, and it sounds like everybody gets them when they are overweight. Can anybody tell me what they are?

Most of the time people mean the fat on the side of their stomach...which you can get rid of by doing twisting crunches.

love handles are like..um well they look like a ring of fat around ur middle hence the name 'spare tire' or 'love handles'
