i have replied to alot of people, and no one seems to care about me, i think its kinda rude, please reply to my respone below....i need to lose 25 lbs in 35 days, which is 5 weeks, so bascilly I need to lose 5 lbs a week....ill do anything, thanks!

Actually, healthy weight loss is .5-2 lbs a week - anything else can be extremely dangerous. "South Beach Diet" is probably just a fast (i.e.; starving) which is *not* a good idea; any other fad diet is probably just a rip off as well. 1200 calories is most likely too low for your height/weight. How much do you weigh? What's your height? -J

ive only just started cuming on this site so :p lol
i dont think u can lose that much weight but you can proably lose about 14lbs if you wrok really hard. no snacks. eat 3 meals a day ut unlimited salad. do u count calories? try to stick to about 1,200 when yuor on this diet.exercise every other day, alot of aeorbic for about 4omins. i know this sound hard but remember ull only be doing it 4 5weeks!! need nemore help my email is shellyhereuk@yahoo.co.uk
