has anyone tried WINDSOR PILIATES? i ordered the dvd's and they should be in a a week or 2, so ifuve tried them please tell me how they work out and if they help alot thanks

Plus they are very slow and moderate its not one of those workouts that u suffer or u wish they would just be over WINDSOR PILATES really do have effect and i heard u can lose weight faster it really does work.

Besides, if you've seen the infomercial, you can tell it's honest because Daisy (the celeb on it) says how much she likes it, even off the infomercial. I've also read on marykateandashley.com that they recommend it too. im so jealous! lol good luck.
