Today: 190 lb - Hey I just wanted to say that I have lost over 5 pounds!!!!!!! I started on June 19th. I now weigh 190 and that means if I lose just one more pound I will be in the 180's range!

I have been counting calories and I walk 1 mile a day in 12 minutes. James has helped me a lot. :)
