is there a differnce between 'overweight' and 'obese'??

"Obese" is generally over 100 pounds overweight (depending on your weight/age).

Medically defined, I think for being overweight, the BMI is 25 - 29.9, and for being obese, the BMI is 30 and above.

yes. a HUGE difference obese is like. dangerosly fat, overweight is antwhere between kinda fat to almost really bad
