Hey!! Has anyone ever tried the Negative Food Diet?? My friend tried it, she was on it for 5 days, and lost 10 pounds! And, does anyone know some negative (safe) foods?

Some common negative calorie vegetables are asparagus, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, garlic, green beans, lettuce, onion, radishes, spinach, turnips, and zucchini. Some fruits are apples, cranberries, grapefruit, lemons, mango, oranges, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, and tangerines.
