Reply from Priscilla, Age 14 - 07/13/03 - IP#: 152.163.252.xxx Hey, I lost 20 pounds and went from a size 8 to 2 by cutting out sugar, bread, and soda I drank only water. and walked 45 minutes daily. you can have ground turkey chicken sugar free Jell-O and pudding. fruits, and vegetables. a research study found that by getting off of sugary sodas you can lose 20 pounds in only 1 year. also try not eating after 6:00. What you do is you cut your portions in half, don't buy or hide the junk food, drink a lot of water (it will fill you up so you aren't eating as much), Do 50 sit ups a night and some leglifts, go for walks, go swimming, ride your bike, and those type of things. If you do this then you could loose like 2-3 a week maybe even more. I wouldnt count on looseing a lot because if you do you may just gain it back. So if you loose 3 pounds a week by the end of July you could loose 20 pounds if you start the lilsweet plan today.
