Hey today I have eaten 2 bannanas some strawberries with no sugar a salad with low fat dressing and cheese a lot of water and a sandwich with lunch spread on it. I have rode my bike around done 50 crunches and 20 leg lifts. I am so proud of myself I havent had cravings either.
