Today: 135 lb - I have had Pnemonia an I have had it for months without notice,I couldnt exercise because I would get so wore down an I didnt understand I worked out daily in the winter an spring...Ne ways well I have lost weight from being sick,I was always stuck at 140 lbs and I amm 14 years old so its a healthy weight,I even ate rite an exercised an I lost nuttin still 140 until I went to the doctors when he found out I had pnemonia the scale read 135 an now I have to go back today to see if I lost ne more....what I am tryin to say is that if you eat healthy an exercise sumtimes ur weight might not move beacuse ur at a good weight for your body,everyone has a different body type you dont want to be so super skinny that would look gross with your bone structure jus be happy bout your body now

Yeah, alot of normal weight people think they need to lose weight and sometimes it can be annoying...I know people who think they're overweight when they're not. But I have to bear with them and convince them they're fine. But anyway. Healthy weight depends on weight and height (and a few others if you want to be really technical like bone structure and activity level) but NOT your age. I hope you get better from your pneumonia ^_^
