Ht. 5'3", Today: 125 lb (BMI %tile: 62) - Hey everyone... Im about 5'3 and 125. Yes i know im not really over weight... but i don't feel very good about how i look.. i have a smaller top half, but my bottom half seems to large... (runs in the family) especially my hips and my thighs... im goin on a cruise in about a month and a half.. i know i wouldn't be totally skinny... but if anyone knows of good excerises i could do PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! thanks for your help.

if tis more your thighs and hips your worried about. youcan do some excersises to tone them up. running daily will do that. also try doing weight lifting excersies to tone those areas. im not really sure what they are, but you can look them up on the internet. try eating a balanced diet too.

okay look your not fat so don't even try to lost weight. If you try on your own you are most likely to gain weight after plus a couple extra punds so take my advice eat healthy and until your full and exercise regularly and you will be doing your body a huge favour.
