Ht. 5'2", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 120 lb - ok guys im 15..5'2 and 140 lbs..well..whats up all? nothin here...well i have exactly 4 weeks until school starts. i really need to lose 20 lbs by then so if anyone could give me advice on how they lost or how to lose 5 lbs a week then please reply..it would be greatly apreciated! i know that everyone will say its unhealthy but has anyone tried negative calorie food diets? i heard you can lose 14 lbs in one week! if anyone could please tell me what they are..i would really like that! THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR READING THIS :)!

You should only lose 2-3 lbs. a week...it is safer that way and you are more likely to keep the weight off...
