Ok. I have been lifting weights for about a month and still see NO CHANGES!! It is getting really annoying!! I want to have more muscle and it's not happening...any reason why?? I don't do it everyday so it couldn't be that. And also if walking up hills doesn't work your upper thighs then what will?? When I was walking uphills, all it did was give my calfs a workout!! Someone please help...thanxs

Hey what up? Anyway it takes more then a month to build muscle my friend. I used to be fat or over weight and with a combination of a low carb diet and lifting I am in great shape. Try a new workout schedule. What I do is on mondays I work my chest and my triceps on wednesday I work my biceps and my back on friday I do my shoulders and my legs. On tuesdays thursdays and Saterdays I do abs. This is the best program I have ever done and works awsome look into Atkins diet as well it works. For your thighs try getting on a cross trainer and running backwards you should feel it almost imediatly. Goodluck.
