I REALLY need help loosing weight! I've tried everything to try to loose weight, but everytime i stick to something it seems i gain more weight! Plz help me!

Eat fruits and veggies instead! Go on walks, they are easy and you WILL lose. Count your calories with http://www.fitday.com and watch what you eat. Make sure you eat less than you burn and you'll lose! Good luck!
Reply from gina, Age 13 - 07/21/03 - IP#: 208.28.222.xxx Hey good luck but drink lots of water and if u want 2 loose ur belly then sit ups will help and leg lifts 4 love handles and cut your food in half and dont tell the parents unless ur not feeling well NO SWEETS and less bread.50 sit ups a day 30 leg lifts andjog around the block 2wice and while ur sitting n bed do sit ups.
