Start: 140 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hey everyone... i am going to start this new diet thing, more like just improving my eating habits... but it involves:1. no pop ~ only diet2. no eating after 8 pm3. no fried foods4. no candy i may add more later i will keep you posted on the whole situation... how it is working, if i am sticking to it. if anyone wants to join that would be cool! ;) starting weight: 140 current weight: 139 goal weight: 125

Diet isn't good for you Cameron. It has high carbination and that blows up you stomach and that makes more room for food so. Ya drink Ised Tea with sweetener or Water. Hope I helped! ~Krissy~
