Ht. 5'2", Start: 176 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 158 lb - Hi , well i am 14 and i am 5'2 173 lbs and i have a figure i have curves in ALMOST all the right places except for my stomach i have a kinda big stomach and my thighs are a big also but i dont think i am fat ya know ..im jus thick and i start high school Aug 22. and i at least want to lose 15 lbs before then and i have lost 3 lbs in the last week by not eating as much i am pretty much lazy or too busy to exercise so i really dont know what to do..and i dont want to have to buy exercise equipment so if anyone thinks they can help me email me ay cutecutie246@yahoo.com or my aim sn is ksgirly123 THANX so MUCH

I think you should excersize a little everyday instead of dieting. Cut down on ure junk food, but eat normal meals and excersize....u could easily lose some pounds
