is there anyone here that was overweight to considerably overweight that lost weight jogging/running? if so can u either reply here or email me at chunkymonkey827@hotmail.com and tell me how many days a week you jogged/ran and for wut time period and how much weight you lost. thanx so much. keep up the good work everybody!!

Hey hun. Make sure when you run that you only run for a half an hour a day. The best thing that works is try to do a little weight lifting to, that way if you only run it tares your muscles and you will loose muscle mass what you wanna do is to keep it even do a lil cardio and a lil weight training, and with a good healthy eating habbits you will do fine.
