running,squatting and chrunches that gets me out of flabs.

Well you need to do lost of lunges and maybe try trail running. Join a school sport, that always hekps too. Pisttt....I have that jiggly skin under my leg too. I run alot and i an on the softball and basketball team. I've been captians of the teams for 3 years even when i was in 6th grade. Here's a tip.. Running really gets your legs in shape.
