Ht. 5'4", Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 96) - Hey everyone I have a lot to get off my chest so please bear with me for a minute. I started having problems two years ago. I am 5'4" and was 130 then, so I was happy. Last year I grew up to 150 mainly because I ate too much crap and didn't exercise. Getting bigger wasn't fun, but I guess I was a little too busy to notice and it was only 20 pounds. I could tell i was hefty but 150 is not super fat. Now this year I am just around 170 and still 5'4 which is no fun now i really am fat. i try to stop it but i have bad habits and am just lazy i dont do much during the summer. i already gained 5 pounds since school ended and i dread having to go back there and i will probably be close to 180. i never used to have a big belly like this before either and it bothers me the way it sticks out and rolls over etc. i dont really mind my butt and thighs arms etc. all that much they look kinda good with some shape but i would like to try and get to like 160 and hold it and smaller tummy please help me out

well the way I got a flatter tummy was by doing crunches. I warn you though this is strenuous. I did 400 crunches 4 days a week for about a year and it totally helped. But if you just did 120, 7 days a week that would be good too. If you need support my AIM screenname is AtomicFroggie620
