hey guys i was just wondering..well what is the 3 day diet and what exactly do you do?! well if someone could just please reply about what it is and if they have tried it and how much weight they lost i would really love it :D thanks a lot guys!! i hope i get some replies about this!!:D good luck all!

All those diets are a scam. I have tried everything and the best way to lose weight is diet and exercise.

hi im now on the three day diet and any disregard to the post above because it wirks.What happens is you diet for 3 days and rest but try to stay healthy for 4 days. On day one for breakfast you eat:1 slice of toast, 1/2 of a grapefuit, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and water, tea, or coffee. For lunch you have:1/2 cup of tuna, 1 slice of toast, and water.For dinner you have:2 slices of meat(any kind), 1 cup of stringed beans, 1 cup of beets or carrots,1 apple, and 1 cup VANILLA ice cream. ON DAY 2 for breakfast you have:1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, 1 banana, and water tea or coffee.Lunch:1 cup of cottage cheese yougert or cheddar cheese, 2 saltine crackers, and water. Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 cup of ice cream(vanilla).DAY THREE: Breakfast:5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small apple, and water tea or coffee. Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, and water. Dinner:1 cup of tuna or 2 slices of meat, 1/2 cup of carrots or beets, 1/2 cup of cauliflower or broccoli, 1/2 banana or cantilope, and 1/2 cup of ice cream.

Hi! I just went on the 3 day diet, funny you should mention it. I cheated a little...like instead of vanilla ice cream I had a diff flavor...and I also had some salad here and there. Anyway, I lost NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. I am realllly pissed haha So I'm thinking about the south beach diet...cuz I need to loose like at least 10 pounds in the next two weeks for my vacation. So, dont try it. It doesnt work. Cya
