Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I was wondering if anyone knew a great exercise tape that I could use to lose weight my lower stomach and thigh area. My weight goes from 160 to 170. And I would like to lose at least 40 pounds by the end of February. (Or sooner) If someone could help me that would be great!

u should never lose that much in a month...i could cause health problems. 2 lose the stomach u should start out with 25 situps a day and every week or two weeks add 10 more.remember 2 cut back on the junk food and sodas and drink a lot of water.
