HEY,heres sum tips.hope they work!*drink loads of water before u eat. if u dont lik water, try fruit juice but avoid fizzy drinks as they puff out ur stomach. itll fill you up loads!*learn to recognise hunger from cravings. and dont mix them up!*find a sport u enjoy lik kickboxing(!!) or swimming, and do it with friends * dont completly ban any foods. u can eat a chocloate bar once aweek, or eat pudding, just dont mak it 3 of them!* graze throughout the day on small healthy snacks.dont starve cos it dont work!(been there and ending up passingout)*get A DIET BUDDY cos they really help. later x
