Ht. 5'6", Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 89) - hey i m 5'6 and weigh 148 compared to all my friends i m fat i try and try to eat healthy but it doesn't work like i'll be good all day then i get home after school or after i m done babysittin and i'll have nothin to do so i sit and eat a lot i can't help it if anybody has any ideas on how to lose weight pleazzzzzeee help me also i waz wonderin if diet buddies worked?

well you arent that overweight but just do crunches and leg lifts and eat healthy cut what you eat in half. i know you arent that overweight cuz i am 5'5 and am suppose to weigh 144 at the most and you just need to loose 4 pounds to be at a healthy weight and then just keep those excericises and eating right oh yeah do push ups and stretch
