Hey everyone, I know people have been disagreeing about whether the Three-Day-Diet works or not, and I'm going to try it if I can get all the food needed and stuff and I'll tell you the results if I can do it. Wish me luck ^_^

I'm not trying it basically as of weight loss, but more of an expirament to see if it actually works.

it doesnt give you enough calories for the day cuz you have to eat nothing pretty much
