this is what im doing tomorrow:Daily Workout Plan
8:00am-9:00am= Healthy Breakfast
9:00am-9:10am= Light jog
9:10am-10:10am= Denise Austin Tape
10:10am-10:20am= Walk
10:20am-11:00am= Ab workout
11:00am-11:30am= Break
11:30am-12:00pm= Walk
12:00pm-1:00pm= Lunch
1:00pm-1:30pm= Legs and Buns workout
1:30pm-2:00pm= Arm toning
2:00pm-2:30pm= Break
2:30pm-3:00pm=Walk
3:00pm-4:00pm= Yoga training
4:00pm-5:00pm= TV Break
5:00pm-6:00pm= Walk Away the Pounds

i think it is fine she has all meals in there and breaks so i think it is fine good luck

That's a lot of exercise. A lot doesn't necessarily mean it's the best. I wouldn't recommend it because your body needs time to rest and stuff like that.
