i read an article on msn health about when to exersize. it said that if you exersize in the morning before eating anything you burn more fat because there's nothing in your stomach to burn otherwise. also- working out in the morning you muscles respond better becasue they're rested- so that means more muscle- which means more calories burned just doing nothing! i hope i helped...
